I. Service Description
- Definition of Auto-Renewal Service Auto-renewal refers to the service whereby after a user subscribes to a membership via Apple App Store payment channels, Apple Inc. will automatically deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the user’s Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current membership period expires, thereby extending the membership benefits without requiring manual renewal by the user.
- Subscription Periods
- Currently, Taro Wallpaper provides the following subscription plans:
- Quarterly Subscription: Automatically renews every 3 months
- Annual Subscription: Automatically renews every 12 months
- The actual subscription period displayed within the app shall prevail.
- Currently, Taro Wallpaper provides the following subscription plans:
- Final Payment Amount
- Prices shown in the app are for reference only. The final actual payment amount shall be the amount confirmed by the Apple App Store.
- Apple is responsible for the actual billing and refund process. Taro Wallpaper does not directly charge users.
II. Auto-Renewal Rules
- Automatic Deduction Time Apple will automatically deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
- Auto-Renewal Confirmation Upon successful payment, Apple will send a confirmation email to the user. Renewal records and status can be viewed in the subscription management section of the iTunes & App Store account.
- Handling of Renewal Failure If the renewal payment fails (e.g., insufficient balance or invalid payment method), the subscription will not be renewed, and membership services will terminate automatically at the end of the current period.
III. Subscription Management & Cancellation
- Cancel Auto-Renewal You may disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period through your Apple App Store account settings.

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Select Taro Wallpaper > Cancel Subscription - If not canceled at least 24 hours before expiration, the system will treat it as consent to renewal, and the next cycle fee will be automatically deducted.

- Retention of Rights After Cancellation After successful cancellation, you may continue to enjoy the membership benefits for the remaining duration of the current period. The service will automatically terminate upon expiration, and no further charges will occur.
- Refund Policy
- As the payment processor, Apple does not support partial-period refunds.
- All refund requests must be submitted through Apple Support. Taro Wallpaper does not process refunds directly.
IV. Price Adjustments
- Notification of Price Changes If the subscription price is adjusted, Apple will notify you prior to the new price taking effect. You may choose whether to continue the subscription.
- If the subscription is not canceled, this will be deemed as acceptance of the new price, and Apple will charge accordingly.
- Promotional & Discounted Prices Taro Wallpaper may occasionally offer promotional subscription prices. The specific details shall be subject to in-app announcements.
V. Account & Membership Rights
- Account Independence If the same user holds multiple Taro Wallpaper accounts, the membership status, validity period, and benefits of each account are calculated independently and cannot be transferred, shared, or merged.
- Apple ID Binding Membership subscriptions are bound to your Apple ID account. If you change devices but use the same Apple ID, your membership benefits will remain synchronized.
VI. Responsibilities & Obligations
- User Responsibilities You are responsible for safeguarding your Apple ID credentials and device security. Any losses caused by improper safeguarding shall be borne by you.
- Service Interruption or Abnormalities In case of auto-renewal failure or delay due to force majeure, Apple payment service issues, or network failures, Taro Wallpaper shall not be held responsible but will make reasonable efforts to assist users in resolving related issues.
- Apple-Related Responsibilities All payment transactions are executed by Apple. Taro Wallpaper has no direct control over the payment process.
VII. Modification & Termination of the Agreement
- Taro Wallpaper reserves the right to amend this Agreement as necessary for business development. The revised Agreement will be published within the app and take effect immediately.
- If you do not agree with the revised Agreement, please cancel your subscription promptly. Continued use of the auto-renewal service will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
VIII. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
- Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the People’s Court with jurisdiction in the location of the Taro Wallpaper company.
IX. Special Notices
- Apple only provides payment and subscription management tools and is not involved in the specific service content or operation of Taro Wallpaper.
- If you have any questions regarding this Agreement or the auto-renewal service, please contact us via the “Customer Support Center” within the Taro Wallpaper App.
