These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Taro Wallpaper (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. General Use
Taro Wallpaper provides access to wallpaper content optimized for mobile and tablet devices.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The App does not require any account registration or collection of personal identifiers such as email or phone numbers.
2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
The App offers optional subscription plans (“Subscription”) to unlock premium content or features.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
- Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Access to premium content is available only during an active subscription period.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription features at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
All wallpapers, text, graphics, and other content within Taro Wallpaper are protected by copyright or other proprietary rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content from the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be available in-app or on our website.
Continued use of the App means you agree to the revised Terms.
